How do we book?

If you have a date or venue in mind, or even if you don't, contact us, and we'll see how we can help. We're here to ensure you have the best experience. Also, feel free to reach out if you need to book the production studio.

Can you come to my wedding in my city?

We travel anywhere! Just reach out and check out availability and our travel policy.

Can I arrive at the photo studio early to get ready?

Unfortunately not. Please come prepared. Your scheduled booking time is when your session starts. We apologize, but arriving 30 minutes early for changes or makeup creates unused time in the facility.

When will I receive my photos?

Within five (5) days of the shoot date. We want to ensure your photos receive the time and attention they deserve.

Is lighting provided?

The photography studio rental includes 2 RGB bar lights, 2 soft boxes, and a sun lamp. The client must provide any additional equipment.

What equipment do we use?

For standard shoots, we use a Sony A7R IV.

How many photos will I receive?

We can't provide a specific estimate. We'll shoot as much as the client allows, but we can't account for outfit changes, time spent socializing with friends or family, or setting up photo sets. We shoot continuously during the allotted time and select the best photos, aiming for a minimum of 50

Can I extend?

No, we can only provide the services scheduled for your session. Many people book last minute due to a burst of creativity, so someone else will likely be scheduled right after you. Ending your session early leads to a loss of revenue, as we could have scheduled another client in that slot.

Can I extend or cut my time short?

No, we apologize, but we operate by appointment only and have a strict schedule, so we cannot accommodate walk-ins at any time.

Can I pay cash when I arrive?

No. This policy is in place due to the high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows for studio sessions.
